As soon as they are available, please send an electronic copy of your presentation, handouts, and associated materials, to your contact within the hosting organization.
We may reproduce these materials in digital format. We may post the materials and information about the presentation on our website and social media channels as video, webcast, or podcast content and distribute it as part of our information about the event. Presentations remain confidential until after the event.
The SPEAKER warrants and represents that the presentation, handouts, and related materials are factually accurate and contain no matter libelous or otherwise unlawful. The SPEAKER further warrants that such presentation, handouts, and related materials are either:
- the SPEAKER’s original work or,
- available for use without permission because they are in a public domain, or
- when materials utilized in the presentation are not the SPEAKER’s original work or in a public domain, they are either:
- presented with the permission of the originator/owner of the material, or
- are believed to be within the “fair use” exemption of copyright law, which includes criticism, news reporting, commentary, teaching, and research.

The SPEAKER will retain all other rights, including copyright, to the materials used in this presentation.
The SPEAKER authorizes Object Management Group and its communities to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data to use and promote any aspect of the presentation, including rebroadcast on a “virtual” basis.
Object Management Group reserves the right to make any change in the conference program, the location, and the time of the event and shall notify you of any such change as soon as it is known.
Object Management Group shall be free and exempt from any responsibility or liability regarding the opinions freely expressed by the speakers during their presentations.
